Movies Extractor Scout can do scan every website with video clips that cannot be downloaded and save it on your local disk. The utility will scan for Flash files in pages open in all the known browser such as: IE, Mozilla, Opera for any cached video files. Every Flash file such as (SWF, FLV, EXE, Shockwave Director) movies, video and games, will be extracted and included in a list from where you can choose which video file to save.

The only bad problem is this list. If the list becomes more and more consistent, it will be very hard for the user to search what video file he wants to save. There is no search function or any filter for this. The only feature that will help you is the preview for every file.

You can extract images, text and other resources from each video file. The images can be saved as JPG, PNG, PDF. The images can be used as desktop wallpapers and flash movies as screensavers.
